- 1 c (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate bits or 1 bar of bitter sweet chocolate
- ½ to 1 c sour cream
- 1/8 t salt
- ½ t cinnamon
- ¼ c milk (optional)
In top of small double boiler, place chocolate until it is melted.
Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Will yield 1 ½ c sauce.
With milk, the sauce can be spooned over pieces of cake. Without milk, the sauce can be used as a cake frosting.
